    Pros +

    • Everything was good, location is perfect , the host is very good , the room was clean
    • Our stay at Kriti Hotel was truly memorable and wonderful. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff! Muhammad, Sukrive, and Aiman were not only fluent in English but also incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Tanju, who, despite the language barrier, was so caring and went out of his way to assist us. He was there most of the time and treated us amazingly, while being very welcoming and kind. We can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional service and hospitality - they truly made us feel at home! The breakfast was a delightful traditional Turkish spread, featuring fresh bread rolls, a variety of olives, cheeses, and Simit pastries (round seeded bread) which we really enjoyed. The lobby area was inviting, equipped with a large TV, and the reception and dining areas were easily accessible. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor café-style seating downstairs, perfect for relaxing.A shout-out to the adorable kitten called Maya who the owners always keep in the lobby area, my Mum and sister always wanted to see her and Tanju always brought her without them asking; a small but wholesome extra touch for cat lovers! Our Deluxe Family Room met our expectations, particularly for the price and 3-star rating. It featured two partitioned sections like a small apartment: one with two single beds and another with a double bed which was snug and comfy, serving our family of 4 very well. Amenities included a small smart TV, fridge, and an open wardrobe for our clothes. The bathroom facilities were clean, and we appreciated the balcony with a small table and chairs, offering a pleasant street view. Truly value for money! The hotel's central location was ideal - just a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, the Old Bazaar, and the historic Yivli Minaret Mosque (the biggest mosque in Antalya). Murat Pasha Mosque was also right next door, along with several Islamic shops, adding to the cultural experience.
    • The staffs are helpful. Location is fairly close to almost everything. The hotel is clean.

    Cons -

    • The AC wasn't that good
    • Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have an elevator, which we were informed about at check-in. We had to carry our 4 hand and 4 large luggages up to the top and 4th floor, which was a slight inconvenience. Additionally, the bidet in our room wasn't functioning properly, but there was a clean and functional WC on the ground floor with a fully working one downstairs near the dining area to make up for this. The breakfast was nice but would have been better if they had a bigger variety of options such as a buffet - we had more or less the same breakfast for all 7 days that we stayed and we had them included with our package.
    • There is no lift. We had two pieces of large luggage and a small one. We ended up bringing all them to the 4th floor and brought them back downstairs. It is not a very pleasant experience. Another issue is the location. While it is close to everything, the surrounding area is a bit chaotic. We drove to the hotel and it is a bit hard to find a safe place to park.

Very friendly staff and great rooms. Free coffee and tea at the lounge and overall cozy atmosphere.

Very clean, very comfortable beds. Room was very modern.

Noise was an issue between rooms. The shower tiled floor was very slippery and the shower head was poor.

    8MitchellPosted on: 3-1-2025

I liked that I could check in early and late check out it was well centered Very clean and very excellent WiFi connection Good communication with the staffThe location was perfect next to the big city and a shopping mallOn fridays you have an fruit market

The shower water was very cold unfortunate The breakfast was very nice but you couldn’t choose so if you didn’t like the breakfast there wasn’t an other option You could hear everything and every move from everyone it was very noisy

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, just a short walk from major attractions. My room was clean, spacious and modern and had a comfortable bed, the staff were incredible friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. They also had good Internet connection i highly recommended this hotel and will definitely book again in the future

No elevator, room on the 4th floor uncomfortable having to go up stairs so if you have heavy luggage you will definitely struggle to bring it up stairs

    Modern and clean nice staff

People at night where very loud and the walls are very thin so struggle to sleep

    Good location, staff were friendly.

During our 4 day trip, we had no warm water. We told them every day and they kept telling us it will be fixed, but it never happened. There is no place to hang your towels or even place the toilet paper. There was no cleaning until the third day, including no removal of trash or replacement of towels or tea/coffee in the room, so there was only enough for the first day. We wanted to make coffee in the room, because we were served a ridiculously small amount of (instant) coffee for breakfast. The rest of the breakfast was not impressive either. There was next to no toilet paper upon arrival and I had to ask for it in the reception, where they handed me a single roll to take back to the room myself. The floor towel was between the normal towel and it does not feel hygienic to keep them together. The walls are thin, and we could hear our neighbors all day and night, even their TV.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a lot of space and hot water and staff is very nice

The floor in the room wasn’t clean and the windows were dirty, we could hear everyone in the hotel

    8ChristophPosted on: 12-27-2024

Very nice room, all perfect The area is also perfect, next to the center in a nice neighborhood, with local restaurants, tea shops. The hotel is calm.

The room is not cleaned if you stay longer than one night

Very comfortable bed and a decent location. One of the staff members let us in a lot earlier than the check in time, because our plane landed very early in the morning.

The shower head was broken (water was barely spraying from one, the other one had a crack in it hence it was spraying everywhere). Very thin walls, which kept us up at night because we kept hearing voices, also we were staying on the 1st floor and every night we heard staff either making lots of noise or watching TV super loud.

Nice, pleasant, accommodating staff. I had a pleasant stay. There was a good internet connection. The hotel was modern and pretty clean. There are a few good restaurants nearby, I found the food better and reasonably priced compared to the restaurants in the old town which had more tourists.

I think it is a bit of a walk to the Old town - about 20 minutes but I wouldn't say that is a 'dislike'. The area was ok - could be better

I liked the rooms, the cleanliness and the staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the heating worked well because I needed it on the rainy days. Usually hot cities have poor heating facilities. This was very good.

Tbh I have no complaints. The toilet flush button stopped working and they resolved it fairly quickly.

I stayedp here at the end of September 2024. A fantastic and beautiful hotel. Located close to a number of bus stops and the tram. I was able to access the bus to and from Lara Beacha and Konyaalti Beach. Also, I got the tram back to the airport. Made mobility to explore super easy. Also, the old town and marina was around a 15 minute walk. And a 7 minute walk to Mark Antalya Mall. Local shops and restaurants on the door step from mini super markets, restaurants, cafes and shops! The hotel service was first class. In particular, Sukriye and Aiman. Thank you Sukriye for sorting out a late check out for me, making it easy for me to enjoy the beach and come back, freshen up and get to the airport. And Aiman was always readily available to help and make my stay comfortable. There was a man on duty on night. Initially it seems he is rude, but it's the way her talks sounds like he is being course, but rather it's his frustration of the language barriers. And Google translator fixed all of that, a very nice and helpful man!The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. I'm very fussy with rooms and this hotel met the standards of comfort, modern and clean!Would highly recommend the hotel. I will definitely be going back there ☺️

A new, modern, and impeccably clean hotel. Nicely decorated lobby with a cozy outdoor podium to chill. Sweet and super helpful front desk guy who literally worked at the hotel every single day. My Deluxe Double Room (#406) was big and nicely designed, with all furniture in excellent condition. Quite a large refrigerator, which fit a lot of stuff. Very comfortable mattress on the bed. Great-looking bathroom with a big shower area. Fast hotel Wi-Fi. Perfect hotel location if you want to stay in the center of Antalya – the distance to Old Town is an easy 12-minute walk. Super reasonable rate I paid for my room (€35 per night).

The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if you have heavy luggage and get a room on a high floor (or the top 4th floor like me), you’ll definitely struggle to bring it upstairs. The room card keys have the room numbers and all hotel information on them, which isn’t secure if you lose your key; they should remove those stickers with hotel info and just leave them plain white or do some cute design instead. The rooms are not soundproofed well enough, as I could clearly hear all the noises and conversations from the hallway, especially every morning when the housekeepers were cleaning. The pillows on my bed were hard and uncomfortable. There weren’t enough hangers in the closet. The bathroom amenities were low quality and had an unpleasant smell. Sometimes it took a couple of minutes for the shower water to get hot, and the water pressure could be stronger.

Excellent location, very polite and helpful staff.

Liked everything -- there was no elevator but I did not need it anyway. Wifi a bit slow during peak hours.

Aiyman and Alyena at the reception desk made my stay pleasurable. Hotel is well kept and everyone is very polite, helpful and kind.

Could have an iron board and iron since im a traveller its a must have i believe. There is no lift so pack accordingly. Staff helps ive luggage though, thats a blessing.
